SUFFERN ATTENDS SALVATION ARMY HOLIDAY PARTY

  The Salvation Army's School of Officer Training opened its doors to fellowship with the Suffern Rotary Club on Thursday, December 15th. The annual luncheon included live brass music and a performance by youngsters who attend Salvation Army's childcare. The Salvationists shared their 2011 ministry milestones achieved in Rockland County, which included their daily hands-on presence during Suffern's August floods. Many Rotarians brought gifts in support of The Salvation Army's Angel Giving Tree, which provides holiday cheer to seniors and children in Rockland.
