Michael A. Traub, M.D. Primary Care Physician at Crystal Run HealthCare. Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Candidate for Cert. by the American Board of Obesity Medicine. He completed his Residency Training through Central Lynchburg Family Medicine in Lynchburg, Virginia.  Graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine. Mike is one of our Suffern Rotary Club members

Mike’s talk focus: " Mental Health and Mindfulness in Primary Care"

Deborah E. Padilla, LMSW,CTP,PH.D.(c)  Focuses on trauma and other mental health challenges, specializing in nature and adventure therapy. Hosts podcast "Hiking is My Therapy”

Her presentation, "Healing Mental Health While Hiking," will help participants understand the benefits hiking can bring to physical and mental well-being. She plans on incorporating an exercise & implement a writing activity. 

Rabbi Paula Mack Drill is one of three rabbis of the Orangetown Jewish Center, Orangeburg, New York, where she has served for her entire rabbinic career of over twenty years. A social worker who returned to Jewish Theological Seminary as a Wexner Fellow after twelve years in the field, she was ordained in May 2004. Rabbi Drill is a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor. Her passions are making Judaism accessible for all, creating inclusive communities, and social justice work.  

Her session  "Explore the Spirit of your Authentic Self,"will include a bit of yogic breath work, gentle movement, guided visualization and conversation with prompts. Her basic premise is that when we quiet ourselves to listen to our intuition, we take care of our mental health. 

Community Resource representative: Tara Roggensinger, LCSW  Clinical director of  The Mental Health Association of Westchester clinic in Upper Nyack.

She will discuss the integrative services offered to the community at the Upper Nyack Clinic in order to support mental health and the mind-body connection,
