Float for the Suffern Village Christmas Parade: We are hoping to create a float with the help of the INTERACT Club for the Saturday December 4th village parade BUT we need a flatbed truck! Please contact Angus if you can donate a flatbed truck or know of someone that is willing to donate or wish to supervise the event & help out in any way.    Christmas Luncheon at Salvation Army Campus December 9th luncheon meeting will be hosted by the Salvation Army where their band will entertain us.  The Holiday Angels gifts will be handed out to the children. **If you would like to be a HOLIDAY ANGEL, the cards from the children will be handed out at our DECEMBER 2nd meeting by Ricky or Ron.    Opening for Treasurer of the Suffern Rotary Community Fund  It is not a time consuming position with a majority of the activity occurring during the Spaghetti Dinner and Suffern High School Scholarships.  Contact Bob N. if you are interested.   Winter Coat Project 216 coats have been delivered!    Snack Attack Deliveries have begun, Judy Klein emailed a sign-up sheet on November 15th for volunteers to make deliveries.

 

To be “Every Rotarian, Every Year” or EREY Club, we need to have each member contribute at least $25 this year. Our club subsidizes that effort, by matching individual contributions, up to $50. So, for as little as $25 you can help us be an EREY Club. Of the funds collected by our District this year, one half of those funds come right back to the district in three years.  One half of those funds are distributed directly to clubs for their own projects. It would be great if we became a 100% - $100 club and every member contribute the full $50 match, or more. Please use the My Rotary online donate page at:    my.rotary.org/en/donate  - specify the donation to go to SHARE.  If you would rather send a check, please send it to the club's PO Box 103 Suffern NY 10901. Checks should be made out to The Rotary Foundation.
